The 69th AMEU Convention 2023 was hosted by City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality from 1 – 4 October 2023 at the CSIR International Convention Centre. This year’s THEME was:
Confronting South Africa’s Electricity Crisis in the context of a ‘Balanced Just Energy Transition’ (‘BJET’) and the need for a reliable and resilient national electricity grid
For the Best Paper Award there will be awards for the following three categories:
- Academic Category:
Presenters/authors from tertiary academic institutions or professionals undertaking further studies at such institutions (all age groups welcome) - Emerging Professional Category:
Non-academic category presenters/authors up to and including 30 years of age - Experienced Professional Category:
Non-academic category presenters/authors older than 30 years of age or subject matter specialists
